I believe that a lot of these pains are embodied in our relationships with others, as a manifestation of psychological and spiritual damage. It’s extremely useful to invite others?conceptually?into our self-reflection practice. What I specifically do is invite different people in my life, past or present, who I have complications with, and acknowledge them one at a time. I thank them for intersecting with my journey. In doing so, I acknowledge that person as a conscious being on their own path. I enter each new year with an action of joy to honor the All need today is a little bit of cowboys and a whole lot of jesus shirt Apart from?,I will love this joy that exists in our journey of life. Right at midnight, I will be the one enacting hugs, jumps, kisses at willing parties (this year it’s a party of one: my partner). It’s a simple way to embody the feeling I wish to carry forward and set the tone for the rest of the year.
